摘　　要：目的探讨人前梯度蛋白(anterior gradient-2,AGR2)和上皮型钙粘附蛋白(E-cadherin)在结肠癌中的表达及临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP方法检测2015-2017年南阳市中心医院66例结肠癌组织及其相对应癌旁正常组织中AGR2和E-cadherin的表达情况。探讨其在结肠癌发生、发展过程中的作用及临床意义。结果AGR2和E-cadherin在结肠癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移及肿瘤TNM分期有关(P<0.05);与性别、年龄、部位及直径无关(P>0.05)。结论AGR2和E-cadherin在结肠癌的发生、发展过程有重要作用及临床意义。Objective To explore the relationship between AGR2 and E-cadherin expression,and clinicopathologic features in colon cancer. Methods The expression of AGR2 and E-cadherin in 66 colon cancer tissues and their corresponding paracancerous normal tissues in the hospital from 2015 to 2017 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The role and clinical significance of AGR2 and E-cadherin in the occurrence and development of colon cancer were discussed. Results The expression of AGR2 and E-cad-herin in colon cancer was related with the degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and tumor stages of TNM(P<0.05). It was not related with gender,age,location and diameter(P>0.05). Conclusion AGR2 and E-cadherin play an important role and clinical significance in the development and progression of colon cancer.
