检测血清血管内皮生长因子和人绒毛膜促性腺激素对早期异位妊娠的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的探究检测血清血管内皮生长因子和人绒毛膜促性腺激素对早期异位妊娠的诊断意义。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年9月连云港市妇幼保健院收治的44例早期异位妊娠孕妇为实验组,同时纳入43例正常宫内妊娠孕妇为对照组,均给予两组孕妇依次行血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)检查,给予早期异位妊娠孕妇行VEGF联合β-HCG检测观察两组孕妇血清VEGF和β-HCG,同时观察VEGF联合β-HCG检测以及VEGF、β-HCG单一检测敏感性、特异性、准确率。结果实验组血清VEGF大于对照组(234.58±35.21>119.31±21.54)ng/L;β-HCG低于对照组(1864.38±294.35<2397.87±276.28)U/L;早期异位妊娠孕妇VEGF联合β-HCG检测特异性、敏感性、准确率均高于VEGF、β-HCG单一检测法,组间差异值为P<0.05。结论早期异位妊娠孕妇血清VEGF较高,β-HCG较低,与正常宫内妊娠孕妇存在明显差异,以血清VEGF联合β-HCG检测法诊断早期异位妊娠可提升诊断准确率,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and β- HCG in early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 44 pregnant women with early ectopic pregnancy in the hospital from January,2017 to September, 2018were randomly selected as experimental group.And 43 normal intrauterine pregnant women were selected as control group. Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were examined in turn. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)was used in early ectopic pregnancy. Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were exmamined. Sensitivity,sensibility and accuracy of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were abserued. Results The level of serum endothelial growth factor in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(234.58 ±35.21 > 119.31 ±21.54)ng/L;β-HCG was lower than that in the control group(1 864.38 ±294.35 < 2 397.87 ±276.28)U / L. The detection specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in early ectopic pregnancy pregnant women were higher than that of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF). The single assay of human chorionic gonadotropin(β- HCG)showed significant difference between groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is higher and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)is lower in early ectopic pregnancy than that in normal pregnant women. Serum vascular endothelial growth factor combined with β-HCG is significantly different from that of normal pregnant women. The diagnostic accuracy of early ectopic pregnancy can be improved by the method of detection,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
