摘　　要：LVDS接口终端有两种模式,一种为在PN管脚间短接100欧电阻(Crosstermination);一种为PN管脚各接50欧姆电阻到中间电平(Center-taptermination)。在爱德万93KSmartScalesystem中,硬件设置仅支持后一种终端模式,但在LVDS测试中,有些电参数需要在第一种模式下测试,在分析LVDS电路原理和仿真实验基础上,通过软件配置实现了Crosstermination的终端设置。There are two kinds of terminations for LVDS devices: cross termination and center-tap termination. In Advantest 93K Smart Scale system, only center-tap termination is available, but cross termination is required for part of LVDS characteristics test. On the basis of analyzing circuit principle and simulation, this paper implements the setup of cross termination through software configuration.
