摘　　要：目的分析目标管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月—2018年6月该院外科护理管理中开展目标管理阶段作为研究阶段,将其与未开展目标管理前的护理情况进行对比,了解目标管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果。结果目标管理应用后我院外科护理管理质量明显上升,护理人员的护理工作质量及操作水平明显高于管理前,护理满意度评分明显优于目标管理活动开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理在外科护理管理中发挥着良好的作用,能够帮助改进护理人员的工作水平,提升外科护理的质量,改善护理满意度,应用效果良好,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of objective management in surgical nursing management. Methods The stage of objective management in surgical nursing management from June 2017 to June 2018 was used as the research stage, so as to understand the effect of objective management in surgical nursing management. Results After the application of objective management, the quality of surgical nursing management in our hospital was obviously increased, the nursing work quality and operation level of nursing staff were obviously higher than that before management, and the score of nursing satisfaction was obviously better than that before the development of target management activities. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Objective management plays a good role in the management of surgical nursing. It can help to improve the working level of nursing staff, the quality of surgical nursing and the satisfaction of nursing, and the application effect is good. It is worth popularizing.
