摘　　要：随着社会的发展以及居民日益增长的健康需求,海淀医院作为区域健康医疗中心,不断发挥公立医院公益性,以“健康海淀”建设为主线,全面落实以人民为中心的发展思想。面临医改,医院开展SWOT分析,并针对人群健康需求,精准对接辖区百姓、中关村创新创业群体及周边单位工作人员等各类人群健康需求,打造区域创新共同体,为满足服务人群的医疗卫生需求,提高服务人群健康水平和生活质量,积极探索适应服务群体健康需求的个性化服务形式,以实际健康需求为导向,探索“点单式”健康教育新模式,开展义诊咨询及健康教育活动,利用互联网+推进“健康管理平台”建设等方法,推进个性化健康服务新模式,以实际行动践行“健康中国”战略。Along with the development of society as well as residents’ growing demand of health, as the regional health and medical center, Haidian hospital constantly give full play to the nonprofit nature of public hospital. Haidian hospital regard the construction of “healthy Haidian” as main develop line, and fully implement the idea of people-centered development. To accurately meet the health demands of area people, Zhongguancun innovation and entrepreneurship group, the stuff of surrounding units and other kinds of population. We will build regional innovation community, to meet the demands of medical and health service people, improve the health level and life quality of service people, and actively explore a personalized service model that could agree with the health demands of service groups. We will consider actual health demands as guide, explore a new model of “single order” health education, carry out compulsory consultation and health education activities, and promote a new model of personalized health service through Internet+Advance. We will build the construction of “health management platform”, so as to put “health China” into practical action.
