完整结肠系膜切除在结肠癌手术治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术的应用价值。方法选择该院2016年1月-2018年12月中的33例结肠癌患者为研究对象,包括26例男以及7例女,均接受完整结肠系膜切除术治疗,分析治疗结果。结果33例结肠癌患者术中平均淋巴结清扫数目(19.23±4.26)枚,左半结肠清扫淋巴结数平均为(20.92±5.16)枚,右半结肠清扫淋巴结数为(20.53±4.48)枚;患者手术时间为(186.32±20.18)min,术中出血量为(100.52±20.85)mL,术后排气时间为(4.23±0.63)d,术后排便时间为(6.35±0.58)d,住院时间为(19.57±2.07)d。结论完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌手术患者能够达到根治性效果,可以最大程度切除淋巴组织、系膜组织,且手术安全性较高,具备良好应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of complete mesentery resection in colon cancer surgery. Methods A total of 33 patients with colon cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects, including 26 males and 7 females, who were treated with complete mesentery resection. And the results were analyzed. Results In 33 patients with colon cancer, the average number of lymph node dissection was (19.23 ±4.26), the average number of lymph nodes in the left colon was (20.92±5.16), and the number of lymph nodes in the right colon was (20.53±4.48). The operation time of the patient was (186.32±20.18) min, the intraoperative blood loss was (100.52±20.85)mL, the postoperative exhaust time was (4.23±0.63) min, the postoperative defecation time was (6.35±0.58) d, and the hospitalization time was (19.57±2.07) d. Conclusion Complete mesorectal excision for colon cancer surgery can achieve radical effect. It can remove lymphoid tissue and mesangial tissue to the greatest extent, which has high safety and good application value.
