摘  要:碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)具有强度高、比重小等优点,在结构轻量化上有着广泛的应用。以某型离心风机叶轮轻量化为目标,设计了两种碳纤维复合材料叶轮的轻量化方案。通过使用CAE分析软件Abaqus,对比典型工况下金属叶轮和碳纤维轻量化叶轮的结构强度,并继续优化碳纤维叶轮结构,最终设计出合理的叶轮结构。使用Tsai-Wu强度理论对碳纤维复合材料叶轮进行了强度校核。分析结果表明:碳纤维轻量化叶轮能够满足设计要求,且较之金属叶轮,两种方案下的轻量化叶轮减重比分别为72.23%和44.60%。Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) has been widely used in structural lightweight,for its advantages of high strength and low density. By using CFRP,two kinds of lightweight structures of one certain type of centrifugal impeller were designed,which aimed at reducing the weight of the impeller. By applying Abaqus as the analysis platform,this study has compared the structural strength of centrifugal impeller of two different kinds of materials,which are steel and CFRP. Then,the structure of CFRP impeller would beoptimized,and a reasonable impeller structure was ultimately designed. On the basis of Tsai-Wu strength theory,the strength of CFRP impeller was checked. Results show that the lightweight impeller meets the design requirements. Comparing with the metal impeller,the weight of two lightweight structures has been reduced by 72.23% and 44.60%.
