摘 要:为了获取烟秆颗粒微波负压干燥的最优工艺参数。以烟秆颗粒为对象,进行了微波负压干燥试验。以微波功率、物料厚度、干燥室压力为干燥试验因素,研究了各因素对烟秆颗粒干燥特性的影响。通过3因素3水平二次回归正交试验,分析了微波功率、物料厚度、干燥室压力对烟秆颗粒干燥的含水率、干燥均匀度的影响,建立了各指标与试验因素间的回归数学模型并利用多目标非线性优化方法,确立了烟秆颗粒微波负压干燥的最优工艺参数。结果表明:微波功率对烟秆颗粒干燥速率影响效果显著;当干燥室压力为-24.3kPa,微波功率为695.7W,物料厚度为12.9mm,为烟秆颗粒制备生物质燃料的条件最佳。In order to obtain the optimum process parameters of microwave drying of negative pressure of tobacco stem particles. The microwave negative pressure drying test was carried out on the tobacco stem particles. The effects of various factors on drying properties of tobacco stalk particles were studied by microwave power, material thickness and drying chamber pressure as drying factors. Through the 3 factors and 3 levels of the two orthogonal regression experiment, the relationship between the microwave power, the thickness of the material and the pressure of the drying chamber on the moisture content and the uniformity of the flue gas were analyzed. The regression mathematical model between the indexes and the experimental factors was established, and the optimal parameters of microwave vacuum drying were determined by using the multi-objective nonlinear optimization method. The results show that the effect of microwave power on the drying rate of tobacco stalk particles significantly;when the drying chamber pressure is -24.3kPa, microwave power 695.7W, material thickness 12.9mm, preparation of biomass fuel for tobacco stalk particles for optimum conditions.
