摘　　要：文章利用问卷调查法,调查了国内46家主要公共图书馆就业支持服务的开展情况,对其服务人员类型、服务对象特征和服务内容体系等进行阐释;在此基础上从图书馆自身业务发展、公众就业能力提升和就业支持服务困境三方面,考察公共图书馆从业人员对就业支持服务的认知情况。作者认为公共图书馆应创新服务理念,推动主题式服务发展,提升公众的职业素养和就业能力。This paper investigates the development of employment support services of 46 major public libraries in China by questionnaire survey, illustrates the characteristics of service providers, receivers and contents system. On this basis, the research team studies the cognition of public library practitioners on employment support service from three aspects: the development of library service, the improvement of public employment ability and the predicament of employment support service. The author believes that the public library should innovate service concept, promote thematic service and improve public professional quality and employment ability.
