摘 要:数控加工状态的实时监测是实现加工过程自动化、无人化的重要手段,多源数据的同步采集是实现状态监测的关键技术,是数控加工过程数据挖掘与预测分析的重要基础。然而,数控加工是一个复杂的过程,其数据具有多源、多通道等特点,很难满足数据同步采集的要求。针对以上问题,提出了一种数控加工过程多源数据实时采集与同步方法。采用锤击试验和铣削加工的方式对采集系统进行同步性测试和验证,试验结果表明,同步偏差在20μs以内,验证了系统的可行性和精确度。Real-time monitoring of CNC machining status is an important means to realize automatic and unmanned machining processes.Synchronous acquisition of multi-source data is a key technology for realizing condition monitoring,and is also an important basis for data mining and predictive analysis of CNC machining processes.However,CNC machining is a complex process,and the data has multiple sources and multiple channels.It is difficult to meet the synchronous acquisition requirements of multi-source data.For the above problems,areal-time acquisition and synchronization method of multi-source data in CNC machining is proposed.The acquisition system is tested and verified by hammering test and milling.The experimental results show that the synchronization deviation is with in 20μs,which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the system.
