摘　　要：河北省为我国优质强筋小麦生产区,优质强筋麦种植面积持续不断扩大。为了培优壮大河北省优质强筋小麦产业,实现小麦生产大省向小麦产业强省转变,对该省发展优质强筋小麦产业的优势进行了分析,具体表现在:河北省具有适宜种植强筋小麦的气候条件和土壤条件,强筋小麦品质突出,产业发展模式带动,价格优于普通小麦。同时,省小麦产业技术体系围绕做强、做大优质麦产业,制定“以技术带动发展,提升强筋小麦种植质量”“以企业试验站带动,扩大生产模式辐射范围”“以科技促进增收,推动产业转型升级”的措施并实施,解决了强筋小麦品质不达标、性状不稳定、优质不优价的难题,完善并形成了“从订到种,从种到收,从储到售”的优质强筋麦产业发展模式。Hebei Province is a high-quality strong gluten wheat production area,and the planting area of this wheat is expanding continuously. To cultivate and strengthen the high-quality strong gluten wheat industry,and make the transformation from big to strong province of wheat production. The development advantages of highquality strong gluten wheat in Hebei are analyzed. Hebei Province has the climatic and geological conditions suit-able for planting strong gluten wheat. The quality of strong gluten wheat is excellent. The price of high-quality gluten wheat is higher than that of common wheat. There are also problems in gluten wheat production,such as the quality could not be up to standard, the instable characters, and the high quality and low price. The countermeasures were put forward by Hebei Wheat Industrial Technology System,including improving the plant-ing quality of strong gluten wheat by technology,expanding the application of production modes,and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. The high - quality strong gluten wheat new development model of ‘from order to seed,from seed to harvest,from stor-age to sale’was formed.
