袋鼠式护理联合母乳强化剂在早产儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨袋鼠式护理联合母乳强化剂在早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月我院收治的120例早产儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(40例)、B组(40例)和C组(40例)。A组单独采用母乳强化剂,B组采用常规护理措施,C组采用袋鼠式护理联合母乳强化剂。比较三组早产儿的体格发育指标、摄奶量及并发症情况。结果C组早产儿的体重、头围及身长增长速度均高于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周时,C组的摄奶量明显多于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组喂养不耐受、败血症、支气管肺发育不良的发生率均明显低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理联合母乳强化剂可有效促进体格发育,增加摄奶量,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of kangaroo nursing combined with breast milk fortifier in premature infants.Methods A total of 120 cases of premature infants admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A (40 cases),group B (40 cases) and group C (40 cases) according to the random number table method.Group A used breast milk fortifier alone,Group B used routine nursing measures,Group C used kangaroo care combined with breast milk fortifier.The physical development index,milk intake and complications of three groups of premature infants were compared.Results The growth rates of body weight,head circumference and body length of premature infants in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The milk intake of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B at 4 weeks of intervention,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance,sepsis and bronchopulmonary dysplasia in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo nursing combined with breast milk fortifier can effectively promote physical development,increase milk intake and reduce complications.
