地佐辛与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产麻醉的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨地佐辛与瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产麻醉中的效果差别。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的100例无痛人工流产患者作为研究对象,采用计算机随机化原则将其分为观察组(50例)、对照组(50例)。观察组患者采用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组患者采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组患者的苏醒时间、术后数字法疼痛评估法(NRS)评分、平均动脉压(MAP)、麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者的意识清醒时间、定向力恢复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的术后NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的MAP高于对照组,麻醉效果优于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产患者应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚进行麻醉的整体效果优于瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚,不良反应得到控制。Objective To investigate the differences between the effects of Dizocine and Remifentanil combined with Propofol in the anesthesia of painless artificial abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients receiving painless artificial abortion who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The computerized randomization principle was used to divide the patients into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases).Patients in the observation group were given Dizocine combined with Propofol for anesthesia,and patients in the control group were given Remifentanil combined with Propofol for anesthesia.The recovery time,postoperative digital pain assessment (NRS) score,mean arterial pressure (MAP),anesthetic effect,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the conscious time and orientation recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05).The postoperative NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The MAP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the anesthetic effect was better than that in the control group,the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effects of Dizocine combined with Propofol were better than the effects of Remifentanil combined with Propofol for the anesthesia of painless artificial abortion,and the adverse reactions are under control.
