摘　　要：目的探讨液体敷料赛肤润预防危重患者失禁性皮炎(IAD)的效果。方法选取我院2017年9月~2018年12月接诊的100例危重且伴发IAD患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院ID号随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取便后温水清洗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取液体敷料赛肤润进行喷、涂、擦治疗。比较两组患者预防后的临床效果、皮损程度及IAD发生率、发生时间。结果观察组的总有效率(98%)明显高于对照组(74%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.960,P=0.005)。观察组患者的皮肤损伤发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.918,P=0.001)。观察组的IAD发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的IAD发生时间为(3.13±0.77)d,明显短于对照组的(9.43±1.94)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液体敷料赛肤润预防危重患者IAD的效果显著,能够有效预防排便失禁所致肛周皮肤损伤,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To investigate the effect of liquid dressing Sanyrene in the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) in critically ill patients.Methods A total of 100 critically ill patients with IAD who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to their admission ID number,50 cases in each group.The control group was washed with warm water after defecation,while the observation group was treated with liquid dressing,skin-spraying and rubbing by liquid dressing Sanyrene on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,the degree of skin lesion,the incidence of IAD and the occurrence time of IAD were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (98%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74%),there was a significant difference (χ^2=11.960,P=0.005).The incidence of skin lesion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2=18.918,P=0.001).The incidence of IAD in the observation group (8.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.00%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The occurrence time of IAD in the observation group was (3.13±0.77) d,which was significantly shorter than (9.43±1.94) d in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The liquid dressing Sanyrene is effective in preventing incontinence dermatitis in critically ill patients.It can effectively prevent perianal skin injury caused by defecation incontinence and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
