全程导乐陪伴分娩对分娩质量和结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程导乐陪伴分娩对分娩质量和结局的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年4月我院收治的即将分娩的120例妊娠女性作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为常规分娩组(60例)和导乐分娩组(60例)。常规分娩组采用常规分娩方式,导乐分娩组采用全程导乐陪伴分娩模式,比较两组的产程时间、产程出血量、分娩方式、总满意度以及新生儿并发症的发生率。结果导乐分娩组的第一产程、第二产程均显著短于常规分娩组,产程出血量显著少于常规分娩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);导乐分娩组的自然分娩率及总满意度显著高于常规分娩组,新生儿并发症总发生率显著低于常规分娩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程导乐陪伴分娩能有效缩短产程,提高产妇的自然分娩率以及新生儿的生命质量,保证母婴安全。Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course Doula accompanying delivery on the delivery quality and outcome.Methods Altogether 120 pregnant women who hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 and is giving birth were selected as the research objects and divided into routine delivery group (60 cases) and Doula delivery group (60 cases) according to randon number table method.The regular delivery group was used routine delivery mode;while the Doula delivery group adopted the whole-process Doula accompanying delivery mode.The duration of labor,the amount of hemorrhage during delivery,the mode of delivery,satisfaction degree and incidence of neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first and second stages of labor in Doula delivery group were significantly shorter than those in routine delivery group;the amount of hemorrhage during delivery was significantly less than that of routine delivery group (P<0.05).The natural delivery rate and satisfaction degree of the parturients in Doula delivery group were significantly higher than those in routine delivery group,and the incidence of neonatal complications was significantly lower than that in routine delivery group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Doula accompanying delivery can effectively shorten the birth process and improve the natural delivery rate of parturients as well as the quality of life of newborns,which ensures the safety of mothers and infants.
