摘  要:随着经济作物的规模化、集约化种植,高效节水灌溉施肥系统发展迅猛,但管沟开挖强度大,劳动力缺乏。为解决这一问题,笔者设计了GW-3.5(Q)型管沟开挖机,其采用锥形锯齿式开沟挖掘机构,可承受较大的冲击载荷,能实现含砂石较多的茶园及果园的开沟作业;其开沟宽度可达150mm,开沟深度可在0~400mm内调整,具有较强的适用性。为提高样机开发速率,基于Solid Works软件对关键部件进行设计与三维建模,建立了该管沟开挖机虚拟样机。最后通过样机制作进行田间试验,结果表明该机所挖管沟满足一般灌溉管道敷设要求,且其整机结构紧凑、重量轻、田间转移方便、操作灵活方便,工作效率高,可为我国农业生产实现全程机械化助力。With the large-scale and intensive planting of cash crops, the high-efficiency and water-saving irrigation and fertilization system has developed rapidly, but the trench excavation is intensive and the labor force is scarce. In order to solve this problem, GW-3.5 (Q) trench excavator is designed, which adopts conical sawtooth trench excavation mechanism, can withstand large impact load, and can realize trenching operation in tea and orchard with more sand and gravel;its width can reach 150 mm, and the depth of trenching can be adjusted within 0-400 mm, so it has strong applicability. In order to improve the development speed of the prototype, the key components were designed and modeled based on SolidWorks software, and the virtual prototype of the trench excavator was established. Finally, field experiments were carried out by prototype production. The results show that the trench excavated by the machine meets the requirements of general irrigation pipeline laying, and the whole machine has compact structure, light weight, convenient field transfer, flexible operation and high efficiency, which provides assistance for the realization of full mechanization of agricultural production in China.
