花绒寄甲防治甘肃省二白杨光肩星天牛试验研究  

Effect Survey of Releasing Dastarcus helophoroides to Prevent Anoplophora glabripennis from Damaging P. gansuensis in Gansu

摘　　要：甘肃省嘉峪关地区受光肩星天牛危害严重,以花绒寄甲成虫和卵卡为研究对象,设置释放卵卡、成虫、卵卡和成虫3种不同的防治方案,对二白杨光肩星天牛进行生物防治,2个月后对防治效果进行调查。结果表明:该地区混合释放花绒寄甲成虫和卵卡对光肩星天牛的防治效果最好,防治效果可以达到53.24%,远远高于对照组和释放成虫组、卵卡组。树木解析结果证明了混合释放花绒寄甲卵卡和成虫的防治效果最好,天牛幼虫的减少率平均可达40%以上。Jiayuguan area of Gansu Province is seriously harmed by Anoplophora glabripennis. We made use of natural enemy insects Dastarcus helophoroides for biological control stem borers: releasing eggs and adults of D. helophoroides on the damaged trees to investigate the effect of prevention and control. The results show that control effect of mixed release of adults and egg cards is the best in this area, the effective rate of prevention up to 53.24%, much higher than that of the contrast group and the other two treatment groups. The results of tree analysis show that the control effect of mixed release of eggs cards and adults is the best, and the average reduction rate of longicorn larvae may reach the level of more than 40%.
