摘  要:透水或排水式沥青路面磨耗层(PFC)由于其诸多优势具有广泛应用的趋势。然而,空隙率与耐久性的矛盾不仅限制了PFC的应用,而且大幅度提高了其造价。分析了PFC设计过程中存在的问题,提出了更加合理的PFC混合料毛体积相对密度检测方法;根据室内外试件的空隙分布,分析了PFC混合料试件竖向和横向的渗透性,提出透水和排水路面设计以及混合料空隙率的取值原则;使用普通SBS改性沥青和普通石灰岩集料,尝试在国省道二级公路上修筑了PFC试验路,技术和经济效果良好。The permeable or drainage asphalt pavement wearing layer (PFC) has a wide application trend due to its many advantages. However,the contradiction between void ratio and durability not only limits the application of PFC,but also greatly increases its cost. In this paper,the problems in the design process of PFC have been analyzed,and a more reasonable detection method of relative volume density of PFC mixture has been proposed. According to the void distribution of indoor and outdoor specimens,the vertical and lateral permeability of PFC mixture specimens have been analyzed. The design of permeable and drainage pavement and the principle of the void ratio of the mixture have been proposed. The ordinary SBS modified asphalt and ordinary limestone aggregate have been used to try to build the PFC test road on the secondary level National Highway,which has good technical and economic effects. The relevant results of this study could provide references for PFC design and construction.
