重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶辅助治疗湿疹的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)凝胶辅助治疗湿疹的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年9月我院治疗的76例湿疹患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各38例。对照组单纯应用硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏治疗,研究组在此基础上加用重组rb-bFGF凝胶辅助治疗,比较两组的起效时间、治愈时间、治疗效果、病情评估积分。结果治疗前两组的病情评估积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组在治疗2、4周后病情评估积分低于对照组,两组治疗2、4周后的病情评估积分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。研究组起效时间、症状消失时间与治愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿疹患儿应用重组rb-bFGF凝胶辅助治疗有协同作用,具有起效快,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in aid therapy of eczema. Methods A total of 76 eczema children treated from March 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected. Patients were divided into the control group and the research group according to random number table method, 38 cases in each group. The control group just took compound boric acid and zinc oxide ointment;on the basis of the former, the research group took recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel. The onset time, cured time, therapeutic effect and disease assessment scores were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, the disease assessment scores between groups were not significantly different (P>0.05);after 2 and 4 w of treatment, related scores in the research group were lower than those of control group;after 2 and 4 w of treatment, related scores for two groups were lower than that of before treatment (P<0.05). The onset time, symptom relief time and cured time in the research group was shorter than those of control group;the total effective rate in the research group (94.74%) was significantly higher than that of control group (78.95%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel produces a synergistic effect in eczema children, can shorten the onset time and increase the clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
