摘　　要：目的探讨炎琥宁静脉滴注治疗腺病毒所致小儿急性咽结合膜热的效果。方法选取2012年2月~2018年2月我院收治的60例腺病毒所致小儿急性咽结合膜热患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者采用炎琥宁静脉滴注治疗,对照组患者采用普通静脉补液、调节水电解质平衡、口服退热药等对症治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的咽痛消失时间、退热时间及眼结膜充血消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率(3.33%)显著低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将炎琥宁静脉滴注应用于腺病毒所致小儿急性咽结合膜热患儿时,能显著提高临床效果,缩短患者咽痛消失时间、退热时间及眼结膜充血消失时间,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate Injection in acute pharyngoconjunctival fever. Methods A total of 60 patients with adenovirus-induced acute pharyngoconjunctival fever treated from February 2012 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate Injection;the control group was treated with the symptomatic treatment like intravenous infusion, regulation of water-electrolyte balance and oral antipyretic drugs. The therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that in the control group (83.33%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);the disappearance time of sore throat, fever and conjunctival congestion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05);the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group (3.33%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate Injection can greatly improve the curative effect, shorten the disappearance time of sore throat, fever and conjunctival congestion and reduce the adverse event rate. It is worthy of application.
