摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月~2016年10月于我院手术室工作的70名专科护士作为研究对象,将2015年9月~2016年3月手术室实施传统护理管理模式的专科护士作为对照组(35名),将2016年4~10月在我院手术室实施PDCA循环管理法的专科护士作为观察组(35名)。比较两组的整体护理质量评分和个人护理能力评分。结果观察组的专科手术步骤、主动配合程度、专科器械的应用、专业知识掌握、专科设备使用、坚守工作岗位、沟通协调能力、团队精神、手术体位配合和无菌操作整体护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的积极性、协作性、团队精神、发现问题的能力、凝聚力、幸福感、协调程度及责任感个人护理能力评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,能有效提升手术室专科护士的管理水平,提升护理质量,提高专科护士的个人护理能力,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in nursing quality management of operating room. Methods Seventy specialist nurses working in the operating room of our hospital from September 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects of study, specialist nurses (35 nurses) with traditional nursing management model in operating room from September 2015 to March 2016 were selected as control group, specialized nurses who implemented PDCA cycle management method in the operating room of our hospital from April to October 2016 were selected as observation group (35 nurses). The overall nursing quality score and individual nursing ability score were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical procedures, active cooperation, application of specialized instruments, mastery of professional knowledge, use of specialized equipment, adherence to work posts, communication and coordination ability, team spirit, operation posture coordination and aseptic operation of nursing quality management scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of initiative, collaboration, team spirit, ability to find problems, cohesion, happiness, coordination and responsibility of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in the management of nursing quality in operating room is remarkable. It can effectively improve the management level of specialized nurses in operating room, improve the quality of nursing, and improve the individual nursing ability of specialized nurses. It has positive clinical significance.
