摘  要:混凝土作为多孔的脆性材料在应用过程中易受到水、二氧化碳、氯离子、酸和油脂的腐蚀。水性聚脲纳米涂层已在化工混凝土防护领域大规模进行项目推广应用。本文重点分析水性聚脲纳米涂层应用于化工生化池、化工浓废池、化工仓库地坪、化工车间地坪以及实验室地坪等不同应用场合的案例,探究施工方式、处理方式对涂层性能的影响以及在不同化工混凝土防护领域应用时涂层的性能优势。As a porous brittle material, concrete is vulnerable to corrosion by water, carbon dioxide,chloride ion, acid and oil, etc. Waterborne polyurea nanocoatings have been widely used in the protection of concrete structures in chemical industry. In this paper, the application of waterborne polyurea nanocoating in biochemical pool, concentrated waste pool, warehouse floor, workshop floor and laboratory floor, etc. in chemcial industry are analyzed. The influence of coating process and treatment method on the coating performance is explored. Moreover, the performance advantages of the coating in different concrete structure are described.
