2018年医院口服抗高血压药物的使用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院2018年来口服抗高血压药物的临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法统计分析我院2018年口服抗高血压药物的品种、处方数、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)情况。结果 2018年口服抗高血压药物用药金额前3位的药物类别分别是钙拮抗剂、ARB类及ACEI类;单品种DDDs排序左旋氨氯地平片居第1位。结论 我院口服抗高血压药物的使用基本合理,符合目前的抗高血压用药原则。Objective To investigate the use of oral antihypertensive drugs for patients in our hospital in 2018. Methods The varieties of antihypertensive, costs of drug consumption, DDDs and DDDc were analyzed. Results Calcium antagonists, AngiotensinⅡ receptor antagonists and β-receptor blocking agents were ranked at top of consumption;L-amlodipine was ranked at the top of DDDs. Conclusion The usage of oral antihyertensive drugs is basically reasonable in our hospital.
