摘　　要：目的调查北京市某三级甲等综合性医院护士对弹力袜使用知识现状的掌握程度,为临床进一步培训提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法,采取自行设计的弹力袜知识调查问卷,选取北京市某三级甲等综合性医院487名护士为研究对象进行调查。结果护士弹力袜相关知识得分为(30.62±8.09)分,仅33.1%的护士临床应用弹力袜相关知识掌握程度好。并且,护士弹力袜知识掌握情况与其年资、弹力袜培训情况、职称呈正相关。结论各层级护理人员均需加强知识培训,保证弹力袜的使用效果及安全。Objective To investigate the knowledge of medical elastic stocking used by nurses in a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing,and to provide a basis for further clinical training. Methods Using convenient sampling method and self-designed medical elastic stocking knowledge questionnaire,487 nurses in a grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing were selected as the research objects. Results The score of knowledge related to nurses elastic socks was (30.62±8.09),and only 33.1 % of nurses had a good command of knowledge related to clinical application of GCS.In addition,the knowledge of elastic socks of nurses is positively correlated with their seniority,training and professional title. Conclusion All levels of nursing staff need to strengthen knowledge training to ensure the effectiveness and safety of elastic socks.
