摘 要:为了有效处理印染行业的废水,制备了氯化铝改性粉煤灰并用其处理活性翠兰废水,探讨了氯化铝浓度、氯化铝改性粉煤灰投加量、处理废水的搅拌时间及活性翠兰废水p H值对处理效果的影响,得到结论:制备氯化铝改性粉煤灰时,使用氯化铝的浓度为0.1mol/L时,对活性翠兰废水的处理效果最佳;用制备的氯化铝改性粉煤灰处理活性翠兰废水时,氯化铝改性粉煤灰用量为20 g/L,搅拌时间为30 min,p H值为10时,处理活性翠兰废水的脱色率为68%,COD去除率为75%,达到最佳值。In order to treat wastewater of dye and printing, in this paper, Aluminum chloride modified fly ash was prepared and was used to dispose active light blue wastewater. The effictiveness of Aluminum chloride concentration, dosage of Aluminum chloride-modified fly, agitate time and active light blue wastewater pH for treatment effictiveness was discussed. The conclusion is that: the treatment effictiveness for active light blue wastewater was optimum when Aluminum chloride concentration for preparing Aluminum chloride modified fly was 0.1mol/L;the decolorization efficiency was 68﹪ and COD removal efficiency was 75﹪, which was maximum when dosage of Aluminum chloride-modified fly was 20g/L, agitate time was 30 min and pH was 10 for disposing active light blue wastewater.
