长北气田二期地面集输工艺技术研究

摘　　要：长北气田二期是针对整个长北区块主力层山2层上下的次级层(主要包括盒8、山1和太原)开发的,综合考虑气井组分特点及压力产量递减规律,集成创新、攻关研究形成了"地面初期节流,井口注醇,单井气液连续计量,气液混输、集气增压站高中压混合集气、集中增压,处理厂集中处理"适合长北气田二期的主体工艺技术路线。创新了丛式井场及集气站的橇装化建设方式,研发了14类橇装化设备,其操作、检修、迁移简易便捷。采用6类专项分析技术,提升了项目的本质安全。长北气田二期从开发方式、总体工艺、压力系统、建设方式、专项分析等均有别于其他工程,此工程形成的主体技术、总体布局、研发的多套小型橇装装置是项目高效开发的基础,所采用的多项工艺技术和分析手段开拓了同类型项目的建设思路,对国内气田开发具有广泛的借鉴意义。Changbei Gas Field Project Ⅱ is a project that specifically develops the secondary reservoirs(mainly including He8,Shan1 and Taiyuan) of Shan2 and the main reservoir of Changbei Block. Considering well gas composition features and the pressure production decline law,the main process technical line that suitable for Changbei Gas Field Project II is integrated, innovated, and studied, including surface first-stage chock, wellhead glycol injection, continuous metering for single well gas-liquid,gas-liquid mixed transportation, hi-mid pressure mixed gathering at boosting stations, centralized pressurizing and centralized treatment in the treatment plant. The skid-mounted construction method for cluster well sites and gas gathering stations is innovated, and fourteen types skid-mounted equipment which are easy to operate,maintain and move. Six types of specialized analysis technology are adopted to improve the essential safety of the project. Compare with other projects, Changbei Gas Field Project II is unique in its development method, general process, pressure system, construction mode,specialized analysis and etc. Its efficient development is based on the principle techniques,general layout and small-scale skid-mounted equipment. The techniques and analysis methods used in the project expand the construction thought of similar projects and provide a broad reference for domestic oil and gas field development.
