摘 要:三元复合驱采出水过滤罐由于筛管易结垢,需要定期进行清洗以保障正常运行,而采用离线清洗方式成本高、影响水质时间长。通过现场试验,确定了采用在线清洗、药剂及热水循环等除垢方式,这可以有效降低清洗成本,减少因清洗停运过滤罐对水质造成的影响时间,有利于保证污水站正常运行管理。在线清洗后,跟踪2个月的反冲洗参数变化情况,过滤罐最大反冲洗排量一直维持在550m^3/h以上,最高点的反冲洗压力低于0.11MPa,运行效果良好,未出现憋压情况。采用在线清洗方式,通过加入合适的药剂可以清除过滤罐筛管的垢质,改善三元复合驱污水站的运行效果。The filter tank of ASP flooding produced water needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure normal operation because the sieve tube is easy to scale. The off-line method is of high cost and has a long influence on water quality. Through field tests,it is determined that online cleaning and hot water circulating cleaning can effectively reduce the cost of cleaning, reduce the time of water quality impact caused by the shutdown of filter tank cleaning,and help to ensure the normal operation and manage- ment of sewage station. Tracking the change of backwashing parameters for 2 months after on- line cleaning,it is found that the maximum backwashing discharge of filter tank has been maintained above 550 m^3 /h,and the backwashing pressure at the highest point is less than 0.11 MPa. The operation effect is good,and there is no backwashing pressure. The on-line cleaning method is adopted to remove the scale of the sieve tube of filter tank and improve the operation effect through appropriate chemicals.
