摘  要:医院规模化、集团化发展的管理模式使得一院两址应运而生。文章通过对上海市某三甲综合性医院一院两址的产生、协同、发展过程的回顾,探讨一院两址建设过程中的实践创新经验:基于同质管理的决策定位;构建基于患者导向的全质量管理目标体系;基于地方,服务群众,区域化协同全面发展。The management mode of large-scale and group development of hospitals makes one hospital with two campuses emerge as the times require. It reviewed the emergence, coordination and development of the new campuses which belongs the general hospital in Shanghai. The experiences during the process of construction were discussed, which were decision and orientation based on homogeneous management;construction of a patient -oriented total quality management objective system;taking root in local areas, serving patients, regional coordination and all-round development.
