摘　　要：在大联勤体制下,庐山康复疗养中心通过人才、技术、资源、经费、保障等方面有效整合与共享,在全军率先成功走出一条集“疗、治、康”为一体的新路,使人才和技术得到保留,硬件和环境得到发展,医疗质量和疗养质量得到提升,对其他综合性疗养院具有一定指导借鉴作用。Lushan recuperation center initiates a novel path in combination with recuperation, treatment and recovery in the army via the efficient integration and sharing of the talents, technologies, resources, finances and guarantees. Consequently, the talents and technologies have been preserved, the hardware and environment have been improved, and the quality of medical care and recuperation have been upgraded, providing a certain guiding value for other comprehensive sanatoriums.
