摘　　要：文章综述DRGs的概念及其主要评价指标,国内外的应用现状和发展动态,并进一步回顾国内外应用DRGs进行医疗服务绩效评价的相关进展,结合江西省在该领域的研究现状指出存在不足及未来发展展望,为管理者以及研究学者了解和掌握DRGs相关研究情况提供科学的决策信息。This paper reviews the concept and main evaluation indexes of DRGs,summarizes the application and development trends of DRGs at home and abroad, and further retrospects the related progress of the application of DRGs in performance evaluation of medical service at home and abroad. Combined with the present research situation of Jiangxi Province in this field, this paper points out the shortcomings and future development prospects of Jiangxi Province, and provides scientific decision information for managers and researchers to understand and master the relevant research situation of DRGs.
