摘  要:目的探讨时间研究法在某大型公立三级甲等医院人力资源配置中的应用。方法通过实地调研与访谈等方法详细记录该院肝胆科和内分泌科住院医师临床工作中发生的每个动作,并记录每个动作的频次及耗时,汇总所有住院医师的作业总量后计算出合适的床医比。结果该院肝胆科所有住院医师的月作业总量为877. 5小时,内分泌科为810. 7小时;肝胆科住院医师合适的床医比为7∶1,内分泌科为8∶1。结论通过时间研究法统计医师作业总量计算床医比的方法稳定可靠,可为公立医院的人才招募和储备提供参考。Objective To explore the application of time study method in human resource allocation of a public tertiary class A hospital. Methods Through field investigation and interview, each action of the residents in the clinic of hepatobiliary and endocrinology in the hospital was recorded in detail, and the frequency and time spent of each movement were recorded. Finally the appropriate ratio of bed and resident was calculated after collecting the total amount of all residents.. work. Results The total amount of monthly work for all the hepatobiliary residents and the endocrine residents were 877. 5 hours and 810. 7 hours respectively. At the meantime, the appropriate ratio of bed and resident for the hepatobiliary residents and the endocrine residents were 7 ∶ 1 and 8 ∶ 1 respectively. Conclusion The method of calculating the ratio of bed and resident by collecting the total amount of residents' work using time study method is stable and reliable, which could provide reference for the recruitment and reserve of talents in public hospitals.
