摘　　要：目的了解闵行区科技成果转化及绩效评价现况。方法通过问卷调查分析导致闵行区科技成果转化难的主要原因,并了解医疗从业人员对科技成果转化绩效评价的认知情况。结果成果转化缺乏资金(68. 9%)、成果技术不够成熟(59. 5%)、成果偏离市场需求(54. 1%)是造成科技成果转化难的主要外部原因,而缺乏成果转化方面的人才(75. 0%)、资金投入不足(61. 5%)、缺乏成果转化意识(60. 1%)是造成科技成果转化难的主要内部原因。调查对象对科技成果转化绩效评价的知晓率为52. 7%,调查对象所在单位的科技成果转化绩效评价具备率为40. 5%,95. 9%的调查对象认为建立相关科技成果转化绩效评价指标对于单位而言是有必要的。结论闵行区医疗卫生科技成果转化及绩效评价仍处于起步阶段,需继续完善相关绩效评价制度。Objective To understand the status of the transformation and performance evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in Minhang District. Methods The status of performance evaluation on scientific and technological achievements in Minhang District was analyzed through questionnaire survey. Results The lack of funds (68. 9%), the lack of maturity of technology (59. 5%), and the unmet needs between achievement s and market (54. 1%) were the main external reasons for the difficulty in transforming scientific and technological achievements. The lack of talents (75. 0%), insufficient investment (61. 5%) and lack of awareness of transformation (60. 1%) were the main internal reasons for the difficulty in transforming scientific and technological achievements. The rate of awareness of the performance evaluation on scientific and technological achievements transformation was 52. 7%. The rate of acquirement of performance evaluation on scientific and technological achievements transformation was 40. 5%. Almost 95. 9% of respondents considered that the establishment of scientific and technological achievements transformation performance evaluation be necessary. Conclusion The performance evaluation of science and technology achievements transformation in Minhang District is still at the initial stage and it is necessary to continue improving the relevant performance evaluation system.
