摘 要:针对博孜区块高压气井水合物堵塞严重影响气井安全平稳生产的问题,开展了井下节流工艺优化设计研究。井筒压力、温度分布是影响井下节流条件的主要因素,采用Cullender-Smith模型和“井筒温度剖面拟合法”修正的井筒温度模型可以很好地预测井筒压力、温度。分别采用经验公式法、图解法和热力学统计法对水合物生成条件进行预测,并与实际生产数据对比,验证模型的可行性。根据确定的临界产量,下入井下节流器,优化下入深度和节流嘴直径大小,解决了水合物生成问题。综合水合物生成条件和井筒压力温度,为预测博孜区块临界水合物生成提供了借鉴。In allusion to the problems of hydrate blockage in high pressure condensate gas wells in Bozi Block,which seriously affects well production safety and stability, the optimization design of downhole throttling process is carried out.Results show that the distribution of wellbore pressure and temperature is the main factor affecting downhole throttling conditions, The wellbore temperature model modified with Cullender-smith model and wellbore temperature profile fitting method is used for well predicting the pressure and temperature in wellbore,The condition of hydrate formation are predicted by empirical formula, graphical method and thermodynamic statistics method, and the feasibility of the model is verified by comparison with the real production data.According to the determined critical production,downhole choke is set for optimizing the setting depth and diameter of the choke, the problem of hydrate formation is solved.Hydrate formation critical point can be predicted by combining hydrate formation prediction and wellbore pressure.It provides reference for predicting the conditions of hydrate formation in Bozi Area.
