摘  要:以N-甲基咪唑、溴代十四烷和双氰胺银为原料,采用两步法合成了1-十四烷基-3-甲基咪唑双氰胺盐([C14 mim][DCA]),并对其与牛血清蛋白(BSA)混合体系的相互作用进行研究,结果表明:1)混合体系的 cmc值和A min 值均随BSA浓度的增加而变大;2)混合体系中[C14 mim][DCA]与BSA间的相互作用对BSA上氨基酸残基微环境有影响,且主要影响BSA上的色氨酸(Trp)残基;3)混合体系中[C14 mim][DCA]与BSA间的相互作用会影响体系的水力学半径,且随着[C14 mim][DCA]浓度的增加,[C14 mim][DCA]/BSA体系的水力学半径变大,并对BSA的结构产生影响——使BSA展开.1-N-tetradecyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide salt ([C14 mim][DCA] was synthesized by two-step method using N-methylimidazole, bromotetradecane and dicyandiamide silver as raw materials. The structure of the product was characterized and the interaction of [C14 mim][DCA] with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied. The results showed that 1) The cmc value and A min value of the mixed system increased with the increase of BSA concentration;2) The interaction between[C14 mim][DCA] and BSA in the mixed system had an effect on the microenvironment of amino acid residues on BSA, and main influenced the tryptophan (Trp) residue on BSA;3) The interaction between [C14 mim][DCA] and BSA in the mixed system affectd the hydraulic radius of the system, and with the increase of [C14 mim][DCA] concentration, the hydraulic radius of the [C14 mim][DCA]/BSA system became larger and had an effect on the structure of the BSA--BSA was unfolded.
