摘 要:延迟焦化焦炭塔冷焦操作是焦炭塔循环操作周期的一个关键环节,冷焦主要任务是利用冷焦水的显热或者潜热充分带走焦炭的热量,使其硬化、定形,同时尽量降低放水过程中蒸汽及含硫等有机污染物的排放。焦炭塔的冷焦主要有“溢流”和“泡焦”两种工艺,两种工艺的冷焦原理及流程不尽相同,且各有其特点。文章从冷焦工艺的技术特点、设备投资、能源消耗和安全环保等方面对比分析两种冷焦工艺,并对存在的运行问题提出了解决措施,保证安全生产。The cold coke operation of delayed coke drum is a key part of the cycle of cyclic operation of coke drum.The main task of cold coke is to take away the heat of coke by using the sensible heat or latent heat of cold coke water to make it hardened and shaped,and at the same time reduce the discharge of steam and organic pollutants during the water discharge process.There are two processes for cold coke in the coke drum,namely “overflow” and “foaming coke”,which are different in cold coke principle and process,and each has its own characteristics.This paper compared and analyzed the two kinds of cold coke processes in aspects of the characteristics of cold coke technology,equipment investment,energy consumption,safety and environmental protection,and proposed solutions to the existing operational problems to ensure safe production.
