摘 要:生物基聚酯是随着世界经济发展过程中所面临的化石资源逐步枯竭、环境污染越趋严重的形势下的可持续发展发展手段之一。概述了生物基芳香族聚酯和生物基单体及聚酯合成技术,同时指出在市场产业链中应通过技术手段进一步降低生物基单体的成本,形成产业链加工成本优势;要更加关注应用领域对最终产品使用安全、舒适和环境友好,使其更具综合竞争优势;通过可生物降解聚酯的大规模工业化,真正实现经济社会的可持续发展。Bio-based polyester is one of the means of sustainable development under the situation that fossil resources are gradually exhausted and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious in the process of world economic development.The bio-based aromatic polyester and bio-based monomer and polyester synthesis technology are summarized.It is pointed out that in the market industrial chain,the cost of bio-based monomer should be further reduced by technical means to form the processing cost advantage of the industrial chain.Proposals are raised to attach importance on the safety,comfort and environmentally friendliness of the final product to make it more competitive,and achieve sustainable economic and social development through the large-scale industrialization of biodegradable polyester.
