摘  要:针对汽车火花塞侧电极折弯前后的检测需求,文章提出一种基于机器视觉技术的火花塞间隙尺寸测量方法,并在生产现场进行了应用。基于机器视觉的火花塞检测系统由硬件系统和软件系统组成,通过背光源照射待测火花塞,选择合适的镜头和智能相机进行图像采集,并将采集的图像传送到计算机,再利用In-Sight软件实现图像的处理及尺寸测量,并将测量结果输出显示。经反复试验,系统在检测精度上误差小于0.0167mm,重复性测试误差小于0.002mm,完全满足生产要求。In order to meet the detection requirements before and after bending of the side electrode of automobile spark plug,a measurement method of spark plug gap size based on machine vision technology was proposed and applied in the production site.The spark plug detection system based on machine vision was composed of hardware system and software system.The spark plug to be measured was illuminated by backlight,and the appropriate lens and intelligent camera were selected for image acquisition.The collected image was transmitted to the computer,then the image processing and size measurement were realized by in-Sight software,and the measurement results were output and displayed.After repeated tests,the error of the system was less than 0.0167 mm in detection accuracy and 0.002 mm in repeatability test,which fully met the production requirements.
