摘　　要：针对国网公司提升变电运检装备智能化、小型化、规范化水平的迫切需求,设计并应用了一款基于移动作业的变电智能运检装置。该装置包含软硬件2部分,硬件集成红外仪、RFID、NFC、PTT、定位导航等常规作业功能,通过无线自主网外联局放检测仪、油色谱分析仪等专用仪表和内网管理辅助平台,运检APP遵循“五通一措”运检标准化、规范化作业流程。经过现场实际应用和分析,该装置充分理解并实现变电运检业务,为现场作业提供高效、可靠、安全的技术支持。Aiming at the urgent need to improve the intellectualization,miniaturization and standardization of substation oper ation and overhaul equipment,this paper designed a substation intelligent operation and overhaul device based on mobile opera tion.The device included two parts, hardware and software.The hardware part integrates several conventional operation functions such as infrared instrument,RFID,NFC,PTT,positioning navigator.The device connects the special instrument,such as partial discharge detector and oil chromatographic analyzer,and the internal network management auxiliary platform through the wireless autonomous network.The APP also follows the standardization and normalization operation process of “Five General Management Regulations and One Anti Accident Measure”.After the practical application and analysis in the field,the device fully understands and realizes the substation operation and overhaul service,which can provide an efficient,reliable and safe operation support in the field operation.
