摘 要:以蓖麻油酸和聚乙二醇(聚合度n=10、15、20)为原料、马来酸酐为联接基,采用硼酸保护法合成双子表面活性剂——马来酰蓖麻油酸聚乙二醇酯MARAPEG-n(n=10、15、20).采用柱层析法分离提纯所合成的双子表面活性剂,并通过薄层色谱(TLC)检验柱层析法分离效果.测试了双子表面活性剂的HLB值与乳化性能.将双子表面活性剂的乳化性能与商用乳化剂(NP-10、OP-10、Tween-20、Tween-40)进行比较,分离提纯后的MARAPEG-10与MARAPEG-15的乳化性能优于商用乳化剂.A series of nonionic gemini surfactants(MARAPEG-10,MARAPEG-15,MARAPEG-20) were synthesized with boric acid esterification method by using ricinoleic acid and polyethylene glycol with different polymerization( n =10,15,20) as materials,and maleic anhydride as spacer group.The column chromatography separation was used to purify the synthesized gemini surfactants,the TLC was used to identify the effect of the column chromatographic separation.The HLB value and Emulsifying property of MARAPEG-n were measured.The emulsifying property of MARAPEG-n were compared with that of commercial emulsifiers (NP-10,OP-10,Tween-20,Tween-40),and two gemini surfactants(MARAPEG-10,MARAPEG-15) purified by column chromatography separation show more excellent emulsibility than commercial emulsifiers.
