摘　　要：从社会学理论视角,对当前中国城市社区公民体育权益冲突问题进行审视。公民体育权益是受法律保护的体育权利和利益,是公民应有权益的法律化,是一种制度化的权益表达。参与社区体育是城市社区公民体育权益的实然体现,但在我国城市社区体育开展过程中,却引发了一系列社区体育冲突问题。一系列城市社区体育冲突,既有冲突双方的场地之争;也有冲突双方的行为对抗。城市社区体育冲突的本质,还在于社区公民体育权益冲突。城市社区公民体育权益冲突是社区内不同利益主体关系紧张引发的权益博弈,引发城市社区公民体育权益冲突,既有城市社区公民应得体育权利与实然供给之间的矛盾,也有社区公民正当体育权利的不当行使。对于城市社区公民体育权益冲突的治理,一方面需要通过深化城市社区体育场地设施供给侧改革,解决城市社区体育场地设施供需矛盾,减少因场地问题引发的权益冲突;另一方面需要通过社区体育参与主体的自我调适,同时结合外部制度约束与第三方调适,以缓和紧张的社区体育场域关系,从而达到消解潜在与现实的社区公民体育权益冲突的目的。The current conflicts problem of the urban community citizens' sports rights and interests in China from the perspective of sociological theory was sur veyed.Civil sports rights and interests are the sports rights and interests protected by law,legalization of citizens' should have rights and interests,and an insti tutionalized expression of rights and interests.Participating in community sports is a real embodiment of the rights and interests of citizens in urban communi ties.However, in the process of Chinese urban sports development, it has triggered a series of community sports conflicts.There are site competitions,in a se ries of urban community sports conflicts, as well as behavioral confrontation between the conflict two sides.The essence of urban community sports conflicts is also the conflict of community citizens' sports rights and interests.The conflict of sports rights and interests of urban community citizens is the game of rights and interests caused by the tension of different stakeholders in the community,the reasons for the conflicts are not only the contradiction between sports rights and actual supply of urban community citizens, but also the improper exercise of community citizens' legitimate sports rights.For the governance of urban communi ty civil sports rights and interests conflicts.On the one hand,it is necessary to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of urban community sports fa cilities by the supply-side reform, and reduce the conflict of rights caused by field problems.On the other hand,it is need to ease the tension of the community sports field relationship, by the self-adjustment of the community sports participation subject,at the same time combine the external institutional constraints and the third-party adjustment, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating the potential and real sports rights and interests conflicts.
