摘  要:PIPESTRESS是核电站管道最常用的建模分析评定软件,但其功能单一,在处理复杂问题时,往往需要采用ANSYS进行分析,重新建模需要耗费大量的时间。为了提高ANSYS管道建模分析的效率,分析比较PIPESTRESS与AN.SYS软件管道建模流程的差异性,建立模型的转换关系,并基于MATLAB编程语言开发了PIPESTRESS管道FRE模型至ANSYS的APDL命令流模型的自动转换工具,并通过模态分析对转换的准确性进行验证。最后运用该工具对受非线性约束的管道在阀门冲击载荷作用下的响应进行分析。PIPESTRESS is widely used in nuclear power plants piping modeling, analysis, and evaluation. However, due to its single function, ANSYS is often used to deal with complicated problems and it takes a lot of time to re-modeling. In order to improve the efficiency of ANSYS piping modeling and analysis, analyzes and compares the differences between PIPESTRESS and ANSYS piping modeling process, establishes the transformation relationship between the models. Based on this, develops the conversion tool of PIPESTRESS FRE text to ANSYS APDL command in MATLAB programming language, and the accuracy of conversion is verified by modal analysis. Finally, the tool is used to analyze the response of piping restrained by non-linear support under the valve impact load.
