摘　　要：文章系统研究了高校评估及“双一流”建设对高校图书馆资源建设的要求以及国内高校图书馆现有资源建设模式的优点及不足;深入探讨了阶梯式资源建设模式与运行机制。参考文献20。This paper systematically studies the universities evaluation and the requirements of the construction of"Double First-Class"on the construction of academic libraries resources and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing resources construction modes of domestic academic libraries,and probes into the model and operation mechanism of ladder-type resources construction.20 refs.
