综合护理下的焦点解决短期心理治疗对鼻窦炎患者内镜术后不良情绪及术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察综合护理模式下的焦点解决短期心理治疗对鼻窦炎患者内镜术后不良情绪及术后恢复的影响。方法:选取120例鼻内镜下性鼻窦炎手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组患者给予综合护理,观察组患者在综合护理基础上给予焦点解决短期心理治疗,两组患者住院时间均为7~10d。干预结束后观察患者术后心理状态(SDS、SAS评分)、生活质量评价(SF-36评分)、术后疼痛程度(VAS评分)、术后并发症发生情况、康复效果及护理满意度等。结果:经护理干预后,观察组患者的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(t1=5.703,t2=11.792,P1=0.001,P2=0.001,P<0.05),SF-36各维度及总分评分均高于对照组(t=0.219,P=0.001,P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分(t=17.884,P=0.001)及术后并发症发生率(χ^2=8.775,P=0.003)均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者术后总康复率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.256,P>0.05),但观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(χ^2=6.903,P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效减轻鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者疼痛程度,减少术后并发症发生,焦点解决短期心理治疗可改善患者不良情绪,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度,适合护理推广。Objective:To observe the effect of short-term psychotherapy on the adverse emotions and postoperative recovery of patients with sinusitis after endoscopic surgery.Methods:120 patients with endoscopic sinusitis were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive nursing.The patients in the observation group were given focus on short-term psychological treatment on the basis of comprehensive nursing.The hospitalization time of both groups was 7-10 d.After the intervention,the postoperative mental state (SDS,SAS score) and life,quality evaluation (SF-36 score),postoperative pain (VAS score),postoperative complications,rehabilitation effects and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:After the nursing intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group ( t 1=5.703,t 2=11.792,P 1=0.000,P 2=0.001,P <0.05),the scores of SF-36 were higher than the control group (t=0.219,P=0.001,P <0.05).The VAS score of the observation group (t=17.884,P =0.000) and the postoperative complication rate (χ^2=8.775,P =0.003) was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the total postoperative recovery rate between the two groups (χ^2=1.256,P >0.05),but the observation group satisfaction satisfaction score was significantly higher than the control group (χ^2=6.903,P <0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients with sinusitis after endoscopic surgery and reduce postoperative complications.Focusing on short-term psychological treatment can improve patients' bad mood,improve patients' quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is suitable for nursing promotion.
