摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在帮助改进和完善图书馆服务质量,为图书馆进行更加科学的决策提供进一步的科学依据。[方法/过程]采用Matlab,以南京工业大学逸夫图书馆2012—2017年间6个学年度各月份、各类图书的借阅量为数据源,分别建立回归方程,对年借阅总量、月借阅量、借阅比例最高的3类图书等进行分析和预测,以有效获取用户借阅行为时序及兴趣类目。[结果/结论]年借阅总量随年份增加呈递减趋势;月借阅比例随月份呈非线性变化,春秋两季学期月借阅比例随月份增加分别呈递减趋势;借阅比例最高的3类图书中,I(文学)类的借阅比例随着年份的增长而增长,另外2类图书的借阅比例均有不同程度的降低。[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to improve the quality of library services,so as to provide a further scientific basis to make more scientific decisions for university library.[Method/process]The paper takes the borrowing volume of various books in the Yifu Library of Nanjing Tech University from 2012 to 2017 as data resources,and uses Matlab to establish the regression equation.The three types of books which are based on the total annual borrowing,monthly borrowing and borrowing ratio,are subjected to regression analysis and prediction to effectively obtain the user’s borrowing behavior timing and interest categories.[Result/conclusion]The results reveal that the annual borrowing volume presents a decreasing trend with the increase of the year;the monthly borrowing ratio changes nonlinearly with the month,and the monthly borrowing ratio of the spring and autumn semester shows a decreasing trend with the increase of the month.Among the three types of books with the highest borrowing ratio,the borrowings proportion in the literature category has increased with the growth of the year,and the borrowing ratios of the other two types of books have been reduced to varying degrees.
