摘　　要：总结对比了目前国内外运营的经典混合制冷剂液化天然气(LNG)工艺技术,探究介绍了一种改进的混合制冷剂单循环多流道液化工艺及其控制方法,经20万Nm3/dLNG装置改造试验,其技术、经济、安全等指标均比改造前有所提高或优化,可为今后在LNG生产技术开发工作上提供借鉴。Summarized and compared the classical mixed refrigerant liquefied natural gas(LNG)process technology currently operating at home and abroad,and introduced an improved mixed refrigerant single-cycle multi-channel liquefaction process and its control method,after 200,000 Nm^3/d LNG plant modification test,its technical,economic,safety and other indicators are improved or optimized before the transformation,which can provide reference for the future development of LNG production technology.
