摘 要:研究用溶剂法促进剂M与环己胺反应合成促进剂CBS的工艺,探讨成盐反应温度、氧化反应温度、反应终点控制对促进剂CBS收率和质量等的影响,优化工艺条件。结果表明,在原料配比固定、成盐反应温度为55℃、氧化反应温度为41℃、终点颜色控制为浅蓝色的条件下,采用溶剂法促进剂M生产的促进剂CBS纯度不低于98%,收率与用酸碱法促进剂M生产的促进剂CBS相当。The process of accelerator CBS synthesized by the reaction of solution-method produced accelerator M and cyclohexylamine was studied. The effects of reaction temperature of salt formation, oxidation temperature and end point control on the yield and quality of accelerator CBS were discussed,and the process conditions were optimized. The results showed that,when the ratio of raw materials was fixed,the reaction temperature of salt formation was 55 ℃,the oxidation reaction temperature was 41 ℃,and the endpoint color was light blue,the purity of accelerator CBS produced by solution-method accelerator M reached 98%,and the yield was similar to that produced by acid-alkali based accelerator M.
