摘  要:以“先进、可靠、实用、可扩展”为目标,基于现有通信网络及设备,文中对海事巡逻艇通信系统配置方案进行研究。综合海巡艇船岸通信需求,结合北斗卫星导航、海事卫星通信、VSAT卫星通信、移动通信网络、计算机和互联网等技术,根据航行海区和实际用途,确定船艇通信系统配置方案,使海事巡逻艇装备与海事监管要求相适应,为海事通信系统建设提供技术支撑。Aiming at an advanced, reliable, practical and scalable system and based on the existing telecommunication network and equipment, the paper studies the telecommunication system equipment of maritime patrol crafts. According to the demands of ship-shore telecommunication for maritime patrol crafts, the telecommunication system configuration is determined through combining the Beidou satellite, Inmarsat, VSAT, mobile communication network, computer and Internet technologies and taking into consideration the navigation area and actual application, which ensures the conformity of the equipment onboard maritime patrol crafts with the demands of maritime administration and provides technical support for the construction of maritime telecommunication system.
