经鼻间歇正压通气联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻间歇正压通气联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月到本院接受治疗的76例呼吸窘迫综合征患儿患者,随机分为对照组38例(经鼻间歇正压通气)与观察组38例(经鼻间歇正压通气+猪肺磷脂注射液),比较两组PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2、总有效率及并发症指标。结果治疗结束,观察组PaO2、SaO2、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PaCO2、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经鼻间歇正压通气联合猪肺磷脂注射液方法可有效改善呼吸窘迫综合征患儿患者预后,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transnasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation combined with porcine pulmonary phospholipid injection in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 76 patients with respiratory distress syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group of 38 cases(transnasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation) and the observation group of 38 cases(transnasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation+porcine pulmonary phospholipid injection). The PaO2, SaO2, PaCO2, total effective rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results At the end of treatment, PaO2, SaO2 and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The PaCO2 and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Transnasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation combined with porcine pulmonary phospholipid injection can effectively improve the prognosis of children patients with respiratory distress syndrome, which is worthy of popularization and application.
