摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症是一个可累及多器官系统的疾病,临床中往往会出现多种并发症,其中肝功能受损是常见并发症之一,导师闵晓俊教授从事临床工作多年,长期从事甲状腺疾病的诊疗与研究,尤其在诊治甲亢合并肝损害方面积累了丰富的临床经验,主张中西医结合治疗,运用中草药联合小剂量甲巯咪唑(即复方甲亢片),辅以护肝降酶等药物,在临床实践中取得了较好的疗效。Hyperthyroidism is a disease that can affect multiple organ systems, which has many complications in the clinic. One of the common complications is liver damage. Professor MIN Xiaojun has been engaged in clinical work for many years and in particular, he has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism complicated with liver damage. He advocates the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and uses the Chinese herbal medicine combined with low-dose methimazole(ie compound hyperthyroidism tablets), supplemented with drugs such as liver-protecting enzymes. Good results have been achieved in clinical practice.
