摘　　要：目的探讨针刺辅助麻醉对混合痔手术患者的麻醉效果。方法收集2018年1~12月本院收治的80例混合痔患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组麻醉方式为1%的盐酸利多卡因注射液20mL行骶管麻醉;治疗组麻醉方式为1%的盐酸利多卡因注射液20mL骶管阻滞麻醉+针刺麻醉,麻醉后实施混合痔手术操作。比较两组疼痛评分、术中麻醉有效率及术后不良反应发生率。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者术中麻醉有效率较高(P<0.05),术后2、4、6、8h疼痛评分较低(P<0.05),术后24h两组疼痛评分相比无差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺麻醉能够增强混合痔手术患者麻醉效果,减轻术后疼痛。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of acupuncture-assisted anesthesia on the patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected from January to December 2018 and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The anesthetic method in the control group was: 20 mL of 1% lidocaine hydrochloride injection for caudal anesthesia;the anesthetic method in the treatment group was: 20 mL of 1% lidocaine hydrochloride injection for caudal anesthesia+acupuncture-assisted anesthesia. A mixed hemorrhoid operation was performed after anesthesia. The pain scores, intraoperative anesthesia effectiveness and incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the intraoperative anesthetic effectiveness was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05). Pain scores were lower at 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours after surgery(P<0.05). There was no difference in pain scores between the two groups at 24 hours after surgery(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant differences in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture-assisted anesthesia can enhance the anesthetic effect of patients with mixed hemorrhoids and reduce postoperative pain.
